An assembled insoluble catalyst, PdAS, prepared from palladium ((NH4)2PdCl4 (1)) and non-cross-linked amphiphilic copolymer poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-4-diphenylstyrylphosphine) (2) was developed. Nickel-catalyzed enantioselective vinylation of aryl 2-azaallyl anions
nickel-catalyzed vinylation of 2-azaallyl anions is advanced for the first time. This method affords diverse vinyl aryl methyl amines with high enantioselectivities, which are frequently occurring scaffolds in natural products and medications. This C–H functionalization method can also be extended to the synthesis of enantioenriched 1,3-diamine derivatives by employing suitably elaborated vinyl bromides.

A collection of substitutedpotassium internal vinyltrifluoroborates was prepared and utilized in palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions with aryl and heteroaryl halides. The cross-coupling reactions proceeded readily with Pd(PPh3)4 as a catalyst in toluene/H2O under reflux in the presence of Cs2CO3.
