A cobalt–N‐heterocyclic carbene catalyst, in combination with neopentylmagnesium bromide, was found to promote ortho‐CH functionalization of 2‐arylpyridines with 1,2‐diarylaziridines through ring‐opening alkylation. The reaction affords 1,1‐diarylethanes bearing 2‐amino functional groups in moderate to good yields under mild room‐temperature conditions.
钴- N-杂环卡宾催化剂,与新戊基溴化铵组合,被发现促进邻-C H的2-芳基吡啶与1,2- diarylaziridines通过开环烷基化官能化。反应可在温和的室温条件下以中等至良好的收率得到带有2-氨基官能团的1,1-二芳基乙烷。
