制备在带有温度计、搅拌器和回流冷凝器的2000毫升四口瓶中加入60.8克对硝基邻甲苯胺(0.4摩尔)、200克氢氧化钠和600毫升水。加热至115℃并保持反应24小时后停止加热,然后加500毫升水,过滤滤液,并慢慢加入盐酸调节反应液的pH值至约4,析出黄色固体。待冷却至室温后进行过滤,用1000毫升水洗涤滤饼三次,真空干燥箱中于50℃下干燥4小时,最终得到98.1%收率的黄色2-甲基-4-硝基苯酚固体。
