制备方法与用途

二十二碳六烯酸DHA 简介

二十二碳六烯酸DHA)是一种不饱和脂肪酸。由于人类体内无法自行合成,必须通过食物摄取,它是必不可少的营养成分之一。DHA 对脑和神经组织的发育及功能维持至关重要,广泛存在于人体内的脑细胞中。

性状
  • 外观:无色至淡黄色透明液体。
  • 性质:纯味无臭、无味。由 n3 系列多不饱和脂肪酸组成。
用途 营养强化剂

DHA 主要用于食品营养强化,以促进婴幼儿的脑部发育和增强记忆力。它也是人脑神经系统的组成部分之一,在大脑组织中的含量约为15%,在视网膜的视觉杆状细胞中则高达60% 的 DHA 磷脂分子。
