Abstract 1,2,4-triazole derivatives were synthesized via a simple and efficient method using a three-component reaction between aldehyde derivatives, semicarbazide and ethanol in piperidinium acetate (Pip[OAc]) as an ionic liquid. 摘要 采用醛衍生物、氨基脲和乙醇在醋酸哌啶鎓(Pip[OAc])作为离子液体中进行三组分反应,通过简单高效的方法合成了1,2,4-三唑衍生物。所有合成的化合物均通过1 H NMR、13 C NMR、FT-IR 技术和熔点比较进行表征。此外,在合成这些杂环化合物后,研究了它们对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的两种G+细菌以及大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌的两种G-细菌的抗菌性能。此外,合成的衍生物具有针对白色念珠菌的抗真菌特性被调查。
