New Synthesis ofβ-Anilinochalcones by Regioselective Oxidation ofβ-Anilinodihydrochalcones Using Iodine–DMSO
摘要:
beta-Anilinodihydrochalcones readily undergo oxidation alpha to the carbonyl group region in the presence of a catalytic amount of iodine in dimethyl sulfoxide at 130 degrees C in good yield. Oxidation of allyloxy-substituted beta-anilinodihydrochalcones to beta-anilinochalcones is a preferred reaction over deallylation.
A binary acid system has been developed that features an air‐stable organometallic precursor, titanocene dichloride, and simple organic cooperativeBrønstedacids, which allowed for mild and highly efficient Mannich reactions of both aryl and alkyl ketones with excellent yields and satisfactory diastereoselectivity. Mechanistic studies, including 1H NMR titration, X‐ray structure analyses as well as

of an aza-crownether chelated potassium cation and various anions, were designed, synthesized and characterised by FTIR, NMR and mass spectrometry, thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) and elemental analysis. These new Brønsted acidic ionic liquids of aza-crownether complex cations (aCBAILs) were applied as catalysts to the Biginelli reaction, Mannich reaction and synthesis of
MgO nanoparticles were prepared by an improved sol–gel technique which appeared to have narrow size distributions. The synthesized magnesium oxide nanoparticles were used as an efficient catalyst in aza-Michael reaction for addition of amines to a series of α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds and nitro olefins under solvent-free conditions at room temperature to afford high yields of the β-amino carbonyl and β-nitro amines. The catalyst can be recovered and reused at least five successive runs without loss of activity.
Abstract A highlyefficientone-pot, three-component synthesis of β-aminoketones was demonstrated using the cost-effective, noncorrosive, and easily available Fe(O2CCF3)3 as a catalyst for the first time. The method can be employed to synthesize a wide range of target compounds and to introduce different functional groups into the β-aminoketone skeleton. Additionally, the method consistently has the
