complex 1a with o-((trimethylsilyl)ethynyl)phenyl isocyanide (2) undergoes an intramolecular insertion of acetylene at 45 °C in chloroform to give the ((E)-indolidenemethyl)palladium complex 4a quantitatively. The treatment of 3 with AgPF6 followed by Et4NCl at room temperature causes smooth insertion of acetylene, giving the ((Z)-indolidenemethyl)palladium complex 5 as a main product.
由甲基钯络合物1a与邻-((三甲基甲硅烷基)乙炔基)苯基异氰化物(2)反应制得的(亚氨基酰基)钯络合物(3a)在45°C的氯仿中于乙炔分子内插入,得到((E) -吲哚亚甲基)钯配合物4a定量。在室温下用AgPF 6和Et 4 NCl处理3会引起乙炔的平稳插入,从而得到((Z)-吲哚亚甲基)钯配合物5作为主要产物。
