摘要 Co3O4-ZnO 混合金属氧化物纳米粒子已通过简单且不含表面活性剂的均相沉淀法在短时间内成功制备,然后在低温(350 °C)下煅烧。合成的样品通过多种技术方法进行表征,包括粉末 X 射线衍射、热重分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱、紫外-可见漫反射光谱、X 射线光电子能谱、表面积测量、扫描电子显微镜与能量耦合。色散 X 射线分析、透射电子显微镜和超导量子干涉设备磁力计。从磁性测量中发现 -ZnO 混合金属氧化物纳米粒子在低温 (10 K) 下具有弱铁磁行为。
