New indole trifluoromethyl derivatives have been synthesized using the reaction of indole derivatives with different 2,2,2-trifluoro-N-arylacetimidoyl chlorides in the presence of NaH as a base in acetonitrile at room temperature under an N2 atmosphere. The FT-IR, 19F NMR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, COSY and HMBC spectra and elemental analysis confirm the structures of the products.
新的吲哚三氟甲基衍生物已经使用具有不同2,2,2-三氟吲哚衍生物的反应合成Ñ -arylacetimidoyl在NaH的存在下在室温下乙腈碱氯化物的N下2气氛。FT-IR,19 F NMR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR,COZY和HMBC光谱以及元素分析证实了产物的结构。
