制备方法与用途

生物活性 (-)-羟基柠檬酸内酯（ Garcinia lactone）是一种减肥药，也是一种流行的减肥食品补充剂。它是一种有效的 ATP-柠檬酸裂解酶 抑制剂。

(-)-羟基柠檬酸内酯催化柠檬酸盐在线粒体外裂解为草酰乙酸和乙酰辅酶 A，限制了合成脂肪酸所需的乙酰辅酶 A 单位的可用性。

体内研究

(-)-羟基柠檬酸内酯（1000-3000 mg/kg）在鸡中喂养4周后显著降低了体重。具体结果如下：
