  A method for producing a pyrazolo[3,2-c]-1,2,4-triazole compound of high purity from a thiadiazine compound is provided. In the manufacture of the triazole compound represented by Formula [II] or Formula [III] from the thiadiazine compound represented by Formula [I], by-product sulfur formed in the process of manufacture is removed by recrystallizing the product from a recrystallizing solvent containing an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent including benzene, toluene, xylene, chlorobenzene and nitrobenzene.
