    本发明公开了一种1,2,4-噁二唑类化合物及其制备方法与应用。该化合物的结构通式如式I所示。其制备方法包括:所述RB为-CF3时,将式IV所示氨基肟取代烃与三氟乙酸酐进行关环反应,得到RB为-CF3时的所述式I所示化合物,也即式V所示化合物;所述RB不为-CF3时,在反应体系的pH值为8-14的条件下,将式IV所示氨基肟取代烃与1-羟基苯并三唑(HOBt)、1-乙基-3-(3-二甲胺丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐(EDCI)和式VI所示的羧酸混匀进行关环反应,反应完毕得到RB不为-CF3的所述式I所示化合物。该类化合物,核磁检测正确,可以作为液晶显示材料和OLED材料使用,具有重要的应用价值。
