  Derivatives of the two diastereoisomers of 3-aminobicyclo-(2,2,2) octan-2-ol in which the 2 and 3 substituents were held rigidly in a cis or trans relationship by the symmetrical bicyclo(2,2,2)octane ring system were prepared and their NMR discussed.
