    四种化合物4- [3,6-二(咔唑-9-基)咔唑-9-基]异喹啉(TCIQ),3- [3,6-二(咔唑-9-基)咔唑-9-基]吡啶设计并合成了含有吡啶基或异喹啉基的(TCPy),4-(咔唑-9-基)异喹啉(4CIQ)和3-(咔唑-9-基)吡啶(CPy)与碘化铜(CuI)共沉积形成原位发光的Cu(I)复合掺杂薄膜,可用作有机发光二极管(OLED)的发光层。发现通过将CuI和TCIQ与调整率共同沉积,可以实现简单的三层黄色和白色OLED。化合物TCIQ既起着形成发光Cu(I)配合物的配体的作用,又起着在黄色OLED中形成的发射体的基质的双重作用,并在白色OLED中起着蓝色发射体的作用。

    9-(Pyridin-3-yl)-9H-carbazole (PyCz) derivatives were synthesized as bipolar host materials for green phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PHOLEDs) and the device performance was investigated. The PyCz core was modified with carbazole and diphenylamine to prepare the bipolar host materials. Bipolar charge transport properties were observed in the PyCz derivative with the carbazole unit and a high quantum efficiency of 21.3% was obtained in green PHOLEDs. (C) 2013 Elsevier B. V.
