  (EN) The present invention relates to novel heterocyclic compounds having general formula (1) wherein: X is O, S or Se; R1 is H, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-lower alkyl, aryl-lower alkyl or CF3; R2 is H, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-lower alkyl, aryl-lower alkyl or CF3; W is O, S, NH or N-lower alkyl; R3 is H, lower alkyl or lower acyl; Ar is phenyl, furyl, thienyl, naphthyl, pyridyl or pyrrolyl, optionally substituted by R6; R6 is one or more groups selected from lower alkyl, lower acyl, halogen, lower alkoxy, CF3, OH, NO2 or NR4R5, wherein R4 and R5 independently are H, lower alkyl or lower acyl; geometrical and optical isomers and racemates thereof where such isomers exist, as well as pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof and solvates thereof having therapeutic activity, processes and intermediates for their preparation, pharmaceutical formulations containing said compounds and the medicinal use of said compounds.(FR) L'invention concerne de nouveaux composés hétérocycliques représentés par la formule générale (1) dans laquelle X représente O, S ou Se; R1 représente H, alkyle inférieur, alkyle inférieur d'alcoxy inférieur, alkyle inférieur d'aryle ou CF3; R2 représente H, alkyle inférieur, alkyle inférieur d'alcoxy inférieur, alkyle inférieur d'aryle ou CF3; W représente O, S, NH ou alkyle inférieur N-; R3 représente H, alkyle inférieur ou acyle inférieur. Ar représente phényle, furyle, thiényle, naphtyle, pyridyle ou pyrrolyle, éventuellement substitués par R6. R6 représente un ou plusieurs groupes choisis parmi alkyle inférieur, acyle inférieur, halogène, alcoxy inférieur, CF3, OH, NO2 ou NR4R5, R4 et R5 représentant indépendamment H, alkyle inférieur ou acyle inférieur. L'invention porte également sur des isomères géométriques et optiques, des racemates de ces derniers ainsi que des sels d'addition d'acide pharmaceutiquement acceptables et des solvates de ces derniers présentant une activité thérapeutique. L'invention se rapporte également à des procédés et des intermédiaires utilisés pour la préparation desdits composés, des formules pharmaceutiques contenant ces derniers, ainsi qu'à leur utilisation médicinale.
