Four new flavonoids from the roots of Euchresta formosana were characterized as 5,5'-dihydroxy-8-gamma,gamma-dimethylallyl-6'',6''-dimethylpyrano(2'',3'':7,6)-6'''',6''''-dimethylpyrano-(2'''',3'''':4',3')}-coumaronochromone (euchretin D), 5,5'-dihydroxy-6-gamma,gamma-dimethylallyl-6'',6''-dimethylpyrano(2'',3'':7,8)}-6'''',6''''-dimethyl-pyrano-(2'''',3'''':4'3')}-coumaronochromone (euchretin E), 5,2'-dihydroxy-8-gamma,gamma-dimethylallyl-6'',6''-dimethylpyrano (2'',3'':7,6)}-6'''',6''''-dimethylpyrano-(2'''',3'''':4',5')}flavanone (euchrenone a11) and 5,2'-dihydroxy-6-gamma,gamma-dimethyl-allyl-6'',6''-dimethylpyrano(2',3'':7,8)}-6'''',6''''-dimethylpyrano(2'''',3'''':4',5')} flavanone (euchrenone a12) by means of spectroscopic analysis.
