生物活性

Aloin（包括A和B两种形式）是从芦荟中分离出的一种蒽醌衍生物。它具备多种生物活性，如抗炎、免疫调节、抗糖尿病、抗氧化、抗菌、抗真菌及抗肿瘤等作用，并且是有效的刺激性粒细胞基质金属蛋白酶（MMPs）抑制剂。

生产方法

1. 在芦荟发育旺盛时，切断叶部，收集流出的汁液并浓缩成浸膏状。
2. 使用甲醇进行回流提取。
3. 甲醇提取液减压浓缩为糖浆，再用甲苯加热回流提取，然后减压除去甲苯至干即得芦荟苷制品。

  The present invention relates to diterpene compounds of general formula (I) capable of contrasting the antibiotic-resistance mediated by the ArnT enzyme, to their use as a medicament, in particular for use as an adjuvant of an antibiotic therapy in the treatment of antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections.
