    本发明提供一种式I所示的酰基膦氧化合物的制备方法,所述制备方法包括:(1)向式II所示的芳基甲醛衍生物与二芳基磷氧的混合物中加入Cu(OAc)2、过氧二叔丁基醚和溶剂,密封后在70~90℃下搅拌反应6~24小时得到反应液;(2)将反应液中的溶剂除去后,用二氯甲烷与水的混合溶剂进行萃取分离,收集下层有机相并除去溶剂得到粗产品,将粗产品纯化即得到式I所示的酰基膦氧化合物。该制备方法的中间产物无需分离,整个制备过程无需加入强酸或强碱作为溶剂,采用一锅法制备酰基膦氧化合物,制备工艺简单。
