  我们之前曾报道过从秀丽隐杆线虫 (Sauss~ea elegans Ledeb) 的表皮部分的乙醇提取物中分离出倍半萜内酯。[一世]。当在乙醇提取物的醚类总和分离中获得的苯馏分在 KSK 型硅胶上进行再色谱分离时 [洗脱液为己烷--乙酸乙酯 (12:1)]，分离出两种结晶物质：(I) -Cs2H520 ~, mp 239-241°C (乙醇); (II) -C29H5o0, mp 137139°C (丙酮)。
