    Disclosed is an infusion preparation for nutrient supply use. It comprises a sugar, amino acids, electrolytes and a fat emulsion. It has an excellent shelf life without causing precipitation, denaturation and the like in spite of the simultaneous presence of these components. Also disclosed is a container filled with infusion liquids comprising a first and a second compartments separated from each other by a separation means, wherein an infusion liquid containing a fat emulsion and a sugar is included in the first compartment and another infusion liquid containing amino acids and electrolytes is included in the second compartment. Further disclosed are an infusion preparation comprising a fat emulsion and a sugar, and an infusion preparation comprising amino acids and electrolytes. An infusion preparation containing a sugar, amino acids, electrolytes and a fat emulsion can be obtained easily and aseptically upon use, by simply removing a separation means attached to the container and mixing the two infusion liquids.

    A nutritional transfusion that can be administered via peripheral veins and is improved in stability and conservability. It contains a saccharide, an amino acid, an electrolyte and a fat emulsion each in a specified proportion and has specified pH value and titratable acidity. It has a good conservability because it is free from precipitation and denaturation in spite of its composition comprising the above various components. Further it is free from the problem of angialgia or the like even when administered via peripheral veins, since it has a specified pH value and a low titratable acidity.

    A transfusion container useful for preparing a transfusion containing saccharide, amino acid, electrolyte, fat emulsion and vitamin. The container is composed of two compartments with a partitioning means provided therebetween, and a first compartment contains a transfusion containing fat emulsion, saccharide and specified vitamin, while a second compartment contains a transfusion containing amino acid, electrolyte and other specified vitamin. A transfusion preparation containing saccharide, amino acid, electrolyte, fat emulsion and vitamin can be readily and aseptically prepared by removing the partitioning means prior to use and mixing the transfusions contained in the two compartments together.
