  Die Erfindung betrifft N-[N'-(2-Chloräthyl)-N'-nirtroso- carbamoyl]-oligopeptid-ester und -amide der allgemeinen Formel und worin R4= -OCH3, -NH2, NH-R4 wobei R4 einen Oligopeptidrest darstellt, dessen endständige Carboxylgruppe ihrerseits als Methylester oder Amidgruppe verschlossen ist sowie das Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung durch Umsetzung der entsprechenden Aminosäuren oder Ologopeptide mit einem Ester oder Amid einer zweiten Aminosäure oder eines Oligopeptids unter Einwirkung eines geeigneten basischen Peptidkatalysators.

They are prepared by reacting the corresponding aminoacids or oligopeptides with an ester or an amide of a second aminoacid or of a second oligopeptide, in presence of an appropriate basic peptidic catalyst.(FR) Les composés répondent à la formule:$(6,)$dans laquelle:$(8,)$R4 = -OCH3, -NH2, NH-R4, R4 étant un reste oligopeptidique dont le groupe carboxyle final est bloqué de son côté comme ester méthylique ou groupe amide. On les prépare en faisant réagir les acides aminés ou les oligopeptides correspondants avec un ester ou un amide d'un deuxième acide aminé ou d'un deuxième oligopeptide, en présence d'un catalyseur peptidique basique approprié.
