  本发明公开了一种直接法合成脂肪酰基氨基酸表面活性剂的方法，步骤如下：（1）将脂肪酸、甲胺、羟乙基磺酸盐加入到反应器中；（2）密闭反应器，缓慢升温至150~300℃；（3）保温反应2~10小时；（4）蒸馏除去未反应的甲胺；（5）处理得到成品。本发明选择脂肪酸、甲胺、羟乙基磺酸钠直接反应，过程不引入氯离子等杂质，直接反应得到了目标产物，这样就省去了酸化、成盐等纯化步骤，减少了含盐废水或者有机溶剂的使用和排放。且操作方便，易于实现工业化生产，所制得产品亦可根据实际需求改变其产品形式，提高产品的成本优势和应用便利性优势。
