    基于WOCl 4 -Cp 2 TiMe 2催化的烯烃复分解反应,基于50%的理论转化率,以87%的产率获得9-十八碳烯-1,18-二辛酸二乙酯。使用氢化钾对该二酯进行狄克曼缩合反应,得到2-乙氧基羰基环-9-庚烯酮,通过水解和脱羧转化为环-9-庚烯酮(西维酮),为顺式和反式异构体(1.3:1)的混合物,含量为54%屈服。通过油酸油酯的复分解,也以17.9%获得9-十八碳烯-18-油酸酯。

    Isolation of Pure Disubstituted E Olefins through Mo-Catalyzed Z-Selective Ethenolysis of Stereoisomeric Mixtures
    摘要:
    Monoaryloxide-pyrrolide (MAP) complexes of molybdenum were employed for the selective ethenolysis of 1,2-disubstituted Z olefins in the presence of the corresponding E olefins. Reactions were performed in the presence of 0.02-3.0 mol % catalyst at 22 degrees C under 20 atm ethylene. We have demonstrated that the Z isomer of an easily accessible E:Z mixture can be destroyed through ethenolysis and the E alkene thereby isolated readily in high yield and exceptional stereoisomeric purity.

    The synthesis of W(OAr)2Cl(CHR)(CH2R1)(OR22)(Ar = 2,6-disubstituted phenyl; R2= Et or Pri) illustrates one of the first examples of a well defined, Lewis acid free, homogeneous olefin metathesis catalyst, for which the activity and stereoselectivity can be governed by the nature of the aryloxide ligands and of the co-ordinated ether and which shows a wide range of potential applications.

    obtained by the metathesis of ethyl oleate, was subjected to the Dieckmann cyclization. The cyclized product was decarboxylated to give civetone as a mixture of the cis and trans isomers. Preliminary studies of macrolide synthesis by the intramolecular metathesis of oleyl oleate and 10-undecenyl 10-undecenoate to afford 9-octadecen-18-olide and 10-eicosen-20-olide, respectively, have been carried out.

    Abstract

    10,11‐Dioctyleicosane, a star‐shaped hydrocarbon, has been successfully synthesized from 9‐octadecene (a product from metathesis of methyl oleate or ethyl oleate) through dimerization followed by hydrogenation. The product was determined by13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic and gas chromatography/mass spectrometric techniques. This hydrocarbon likely exhibits lubricating properties that can be used as high‐performance functional fluids in automotive lubrication. We also report the presence of a novel product, a trimer that was formed during the synthesis.
