  本发明涉及一种布瓦西坦新的制备方法，本发明中的采用手性化合物式III化合物与(S)‑2‑氨基丁酰胺或其盐在缩合剂的存在下发生缩合反应，得到式IV化合物，该化合物具有两个手性中心；脱掉羟基保护基R1，得到式V化合物；式V化合物与氯代试剂发生氯代反应，得到式VI化合物，式VI化合物在碱性试剂存在下发生取代反应，关环得到式I。本发明的式I结构中含有两个手性中心，在中间体式IV化合物中具有两个手性中心，直至发生一系列的反应至最终产物，其手性中心都一直没有发生变化。本发明方法无需采用手性制备色谱分离步骤，可以直接得到高光学纯度的布瓦西坦，更适合于工业化生产。
