Abstract A collection of 1,2,3-triazole-3-oxides was obtained from oxidation of the corresponding 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazoles mediated by a H2O2-CF3CO2H system through a simple protocol in good yields showing high efficiency. Graphical Abstract
