体外研究
NSC745885 在 0.5-4 μM 浓度下(24、48 或 72 小时)对 SAS 细胞具有生长抑制或促凋亡作用。与未处理的细胞相比,培养的细胞密度显著降低。经过 72 小时治疗后,NSC745885 的半数抑制浓度 (IC50) 为 0.85 μM。剂量依赖性地增加 annexin V 阳性细胞的比例,并在 SAS 细胞中减少 XIAP 蛋白水平并增加蛋白表达。
