咪唑基环状杂环的多米诺开环和偶联1 ( 1a : 4-甲基-1-(1-甲基-1 H -苯并[ d ]咪唑-2-基)-4 H - 苯并[ d ]咪唑[1 ,5- a ]咪唑, 1b : 1-(1,5-二甲基-1H-苯并[ d ]咪唑-2-基)-4,7-二甲基-4H-苯并[ d ]咪唑[1,5 - a ]咪唑)与分子氧在溶剂热条件下生成,产生共轭1,2-二酰氨基烯烃衍生物2((E)-ArCONHArC=CArNHCOAr(Ar:1-甲基-1H-苯并[ d]咪唑基( 2a )、1,5-二甲基-1H-苯并[ d ]咪唑基( 2b )))直接作为单晶。通过电喷雾电离质谱(ESI-HRMS)跟踪反应过程并检测到一系列反应中间体。18 O 2标记实验验证了2中氧的来源。结合对照实验、核磁共振 (NMR) 追踪和晶体学的证据,提出了涉及氧加成、开环、傅克烷基化、氧化和脱水的七步反应途径,并得到了 DFT 计算的进一步支持。
