The present invention provides novel heteroaryl compounds, pharmaceutical acceptable salts and formulations thereof. They are useful in preventing, managing, treating or lessening the severity of a protein kinase-mediated disease. The invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising such compounds and methods of using the compositions in the treatment of protein kinase-mediated disease.

Novel 1,2-N-acyl-N-methylene-ethylenediamine of the formula (I)
in which R is a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group, are useful as dispersants, rust inhibitors, curing promoters for epoxy resins, electroconductivity-imparting agents and mold lubricants, for example. Such compounds in conjunction with a thermosetting resin and a metal filler can be formulated into electroconductive pastes with excellent electroconductivity and much improved long-term stability.
