A highly efficient one-pot construction of optically active
1,1â²-spirobi[indan-3,3â²-dione] derivative (up to 80% ee) has
been achieved by exploiting the double intramolecular CâH insertion
reaction of dimethyl
2,2â²-methylenebis(α-diazo-β-oxobenzenepropanoate) under
the influence of dirhodium (II)
tetrakis[N-phthaloyl-(R or
S)-tert-leucinate] as a catalyst.
通过利用二氟铑(II)四基[N-邻苯二甲酰-(R或S)-叔亮氨酸]作为催化剂,实现了一种高效的一锅法合成光学活性1,1'-螺双[茚-3,3'-二酮]衍生物(光学纯度最高可达80% ee),该反应利用了二甲基2,2'-亚甲基双(α-二唑-β-氧基苯丙酸酯)的双分子内C–H插入反应。
