  The invention relates to compounds of the formula wherein X1 and X2 are halo; R is lower alkyl of from 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R' is hydrogen, lower alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl of 3 to 6 carbon atoms, lowercycloalkylloweralkyl of 4 to 7 carbon atoms and phenyl; R2 is hydrogen or lower alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and carboxy lower alkyl of 2 to 6 carbon atoms; and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and a process for preparing the same.
