在水稻上的应用表明,以每公顷100克剂量处理可抑制地上部分生长18%至23%,而每公顷25克则几乎无抑制作用。于出穗前5~9天使用Pironetin对产量没有影响。小麦用125~1000毫克/升的喷洒浓度处理旱田小麦,使株高受到约20%的增长抑制活性,但对小麦穗数无显著影响。2000毫克/升的剂量则会产生药害,平均每穗重及千粒重大约减少10%。
