Synthesis and Crystal Structure of New Heterocyclic Compounds Containing 1,2,3-Triazole Moiety

series of new heterocyclic compounds bearing 1,2,3-triazole moiety were synthesized using 4-acetyl-2-phenyl-1,2,3-triazole 1 as the starting material. The target compounds were prepared and the structures were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. Meanwhile, the crystal structures of the synthesized compounds were also furthered confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 3b crystallized
以4-乙酰基-2-苯基-1,2,3-三唑1为原料合成了一系列带有1,2,3-三唑部分的新型杂环化合物。制备了目标化合物,并通过IR、1H NMR、MS和元素分析对其结构进行了表征。同时,通过X射线衍射分析也进一步证实了合成化合物的晶体结构。化合物 3b 在单斜 P2(1)/c 空间群中结晶,晶胞参数 a = 10.6974(17) Å, b = 20.356(3) Å, c = 7.8049(12) Å, α = 90°, β = 102.840 (3)°, γ = 90º, V = 1657.1(5) Å3, Z = 4, T = 293(2) K. 化合物 7c 在三斜 P-1 空间群中结晶,晶胞参数 a = 7.364(2) Å, b = 7.366(2) Å, c = 26.089(8)Å, α = 87.114(7)°, β = 87.040(7) (3)°, γ = 82.337(7)°
