A fluorinated copolymer composition comprising a fluorinated copolymer (hereinafter ETFE) containing repeating units derived from ethylene and repeating units derived from tetrafluoroethylene, and a medium mixture composed of at least two members selected from media, each of which does not by itself dissolve ETFE in a concentration of at least 1 mass% at a temperature of not higher than the melting point of ETFE, and having a temperature range to exhibit a uniform solution state at a temperature of not higher than the melting point of ETFE, wherein the medium mixture has a specific value as the dissolution index for ETFE based on Hansen solubility parameters.
