生物活性

Monascin 是一种可以从红曲米中提取的氮杂类色素，具有口服活性，能够发挥抗肿瘤和抗炎作用。此外，它还能抑制NOR 的激活。

体内研究

在一项实验中，给小鼠饮用含0.0025% Monascin 的饮用水，结果显示其对由紫外线B（UVB）引发的皮肤癌有抑制效果。

实验详情：

• 动物模型：SENCAR 小鼠，在用 UVB 照射作为启动剂和 TPA 作为促进剂的情况下。
• 剂量：0.0025% Monascin 在饮用水中。
