Several fluorine-containing O,O-dialkyl-N-[(4-aryl)-2-thiazolyl] phosphoramidothoiates were synthesized as possible antifungal and insecticidal agents by treating appropriate 2-amino-4-aryl-thiazoles with O,O-dialkyl phosphorochloridothioates.
