Bassiatin, a New Platelet Aggregation Inhibitor Produced by Beauveria bassiana K-717

A new platelet aggregation inhibitor, bassiatin, was isolated from the cultured broth of Beauveria bassiana which had been isolated from a soil sample collected in Yunnan province, China. The structure of bassiatin was determined to be (3S, 6R)-4-methyl-6-(1-methylethyl)-3-phenylmethyl-1, 4-perhydrooxazine-2, 5-dione by NMR analysis, X-ray crystallographic analysis and chemical synthesis. Bassiatin inhibited ADP-induced aggregation of rabbit platelets with the IC50 being 1.9×10-4M.
一种新型血小板聚集抑制剂巴沙他汀,从中国云南省土壤样本中分离得到的白僵菌培养液中提取得到。通过核磁共振分析、X射线晶体分析和化学合成,确定巴沙他汀的结构为(3S, 6R)-4-甲基-6-(1-甲基乙基)-3-苯甲基-1, 4-过氧噁嗪-2, 5-二酮。巴沙他汀抑制兔血小板由ADP诱导的聚集,其IC50值为1.9×10-4M。
