Abstract The octahydropyridocarbazole skeleton is an important key structure for the synthesis of pyridocarbazole alkaloids, including the antineoplastic agent ellipticine and related compounds. In the present work, an octahydropyrido[3,4-b]carbazole derivative and a number of new tetrahydrocarbazole derivatives were synthesized utilizing a new synthetic pathway.
摘要 八氢吡啶并咔唑骨架是合成吡啶并咔唑生物碱(包括抗肿瘤药玫瑰树碱及相关化合物)的重要关键结构。在目前的工作中,利用新的合成途径合成了八氢吡啶并[3,4- b ]咔唑衍生物和许多新的四氢咔唑衍生物。
