The streptavidinâbiotin interaction on a monolayer of a conically shaped dendrimer was investigated by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) spectroscopy and the interaction on the mesospaced surface was found to be as efficient as the one on the mixed monolayers at a lower concentration of immobilized biotin.
