  (EN) The D-homo-9,10-secocholesta-23-yne-3,25-diol derivatives of formula (I) wherein the dotted C-C bond in the D-ring is optional, C(R,R) is CH2 or C=CH2, R1 is H, F or OH, R2 and R3 are each independently C1-4-alkyl or CF3, or C(R2,R3) is C3-6-cycloalkyl, are useful in the treatment of vitamin D dependent disorders, such as psoriasis, leukemia; acne and seborrhoic dermatitis; osteoporosis, hyperparathyroidism accompanying renal failure; and multiple sclerosis.(FR) Cette invention a trait à des dérivés de D-homo-9,10-secocholesta-23-yne-3,25-diol correspondant à la formule (I) dans laquelle la liaison C-C en pointillé dans le noyau D est facultative et dans laquelle C(R,R) représente CH2 ou C=CH2, R1 représente H, F ou OH, R2 et R3 représentent, chacun de manière indépendante, un alkyle comportant de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone ou CF3 ou bien C(R2,R3) représente un cycloalkyle comportant de 3 à 6 atomes de carbone. Ces dérivés se révèlent efficaces dans le traitement de troubles liés à la vitamine D, tels que le psoriasis, la leucémie, l'acné et les dermatites séborrhéiques, l'ostéoporose, l'hyperparathyroïdie accompagnant une insuffisance rénale ainsi que la sclérose en plaques.
