A variety of N-alkylated and N-arylated derivatives of methyl 1H-indole-3-carboxylate were synthesized efficiently via Ullmann-type intramolecular arylamination, using the CuI−K3PO4−DMF system. This catalytic amination procedure can be performed with good to high yields under mild conditions under an air atmosphere.
使用CuI-K 3 PO 4 -DMF系统,通过Ullmann型分子内芳基化反应,可以高效合成1 H-吲哚-3-羧酸甲酯的各种N-烷基化和N-芳基化衍生物。该催化胺化过程可以在温和的条件下在空气气氛下以良好至高的产率进行。
