A linear triple‐helical supramolecule Ni9L6 has been prepared through a controllable self‐assembly approach using 1,3‐bis‐(3‐oxo‐3‐phenylpropionyl)‐2‐hydroxy‐5‐methylbenzene (H3L) and Ni(OAc)2 under solvothermal conditions.
