抗生素类抗肿瘤药

这是一种具有杀灭肿瘤细胞作用的抗生素,属于细胞周期非特异性药物。根据其作用机理,可以分为两类:一是直接与DNA交叉结合,破坏DNA结构与功能,阻止DNA复制的抗生素,如丝裂霉素和博莱霉素;二是嵌入DNA中干扰模板功能,抑制RNA合成的抗生素,如放线菌素D、正定霉素和阿霉素。
