  Chelates M(O2NNCONHNH2)(2.)2H(2)O (M = Fe, Co, Ni, Zn) were prepared by the reactions of 4-nitrosemicarbazide with appropriate 3d transition metal salts. The structures of the compounds were suggested on the basis of data obtained by physicochemical methods. The compounds obtained were shown to be energetic substances.
