The present invention provides a catalyst composition and a method for producing an olefin polymer using the catalyst composition. The catalyst composition is prepared by bringing (A) a transition metal compound, (B) a solid boron compound capable of forming an ion pair with the component (A), (C) an organometallic compound and (D) a compound represented by the following general formula (XIV) and/or the following general formula (XV) into contact with each other in a hydrocarbon solvent, and enables a high catalyst concentration.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von hochmolekularem, gegebenenfalls verzweigten Polyarylensulfiden aus Alkalisulfiden, gegebenenfalls im Gemisch mit Alkalihydrogensulfiden und Dihalogenaromaten in einem polaren Lösungsmittel, in Gegenwart von 0,1 bis 6,0 Mol-%, bevorzugt 0,25 bis 4,0 Mol-% einer aromatischen Monoalkoxy- bzw. Monoalkylthioverbindung. Die so erhaltenen Polyarylensulfide haben reproduzierbar einstellbare Schmelzviskositäten bzw. Molmassen und zeichnen sich durch eine geringere Korrosion aus.
Bearing grease includes an ether base oil and a urea thickener, and is used in an atmosphere of a fluorine compound-based refrigerant. No grease is eluted for a long period in a bearing with use of the bearing grease. Moreover, since a collection system is unnecessary unlike a lubricating oil, the surroundings of the bearing can be made compact. Accordingly, the bearing with use of the bearing grease is easily applicable to automobiles and a variety of industrial machinery as an energy collection apparatus using the Rankine cycle.

An emulsified biofuel composition comprising: (A) a continuous phase comprising about 50-95 wt % of at least one liquid oil of vegetable or animal origin or mixtures thereof; (B) a water-containing dispersed phase comprising about 1-50 wt % water; (C) about 1-25 wt % of hydroxyl-containing organic compound selected from the group consisting of mono-, di-, tri- and polyhydric alcohols, provided that when a monohydric alcohol is used there is also present at least one of tert-butyl alcohol, at least one C2-C4 alkylene glycol or a mixture of both; (D) about 0.05-10 wt % of at least one emulsifier; wherein the dispersed water-containing droplets have an average particle size of less than about 20 microns. The biofuel is prepared from these components by mixing under high shear conditions, preferably with ultrasonic energy. The emulsifier(s) preferably exhibit a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of about 8.5 to about 18 and the biofuel includes a cetane enhancer and mixture of an alcohol and mono- or poly-alkylene glycol.
