Primary aminoboranes (RNHBR2), which are readily available by spontaneous dehydrocoupling of amines and boranes cleanly react at room temperature with aldehydes to give aldimines. The overall transformation from amines to aldimines can be conveniently performed by a sequential one‐pot reaction.
