  (EN) The substitution of at least one of the amino acids in positions 2 to 5 of the bradykinin peptide with a fatty acid amine converts bradykinin agonists into a bradykinin antagonist. The invention further includes the intermediate compounds and additional modifications at other positions within the modified bradykinin antagonists which increase enzyme resistance, antagonist potency and/or specificity of the new bradykinin antagonists. The analogs produced are useful in treating conditions and diseases of a mammal and human in which an excess of bradykinin or related kinins are produced or injected as by insect bites.(FR) La substitution d'au moins l'un des acides aminés dans les positions 2 à 5 du peptide bradykinine par une amine d'acide gras permet de transformer des agonistes de bradykinine en un antagoniste de bradykinine. L'invention se rapporte en outre à des composés intermédiaires et à des modifications supplémentaires effectuées au niveau d'autres positions dans les antagonistes de bradykinine modifiés qui permettent d'augmenter la résistance enzymatique, la puissance antagoniste et/ou la spécificité des nouveaux antagonistes de bradykinine. Les analogues produits peuvent être utilisés pour traiter des états et des maladies chez les mammifères et chez l'homme, impliquant la production ou l'injection d'un excédent de bradykinine ou de kinines apparentées, par exemple par des piqûres d'insectes.
