Six novel complexes of formula [Ln(pfpr)3]3(NITF)2 · nH2O, where Ln = Nd, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Y; pfpr = pentafluoropropionate; NITF = 2-furfuryl-4,4,5,5,-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide, and n = 6 (for Nd); 1 (for Dy); 2 (for Y); 0 (for Gd, Ho and Er), have been synthesized.
