Section 3 - HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
EMERGENCY OVERVIEW

Causes eye burns.

Causes gastrointestinal tract burns.

Causes chemical burns to the respiratory tract.

Section 4 - FIRST AID MEASURES
Eyes: In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical aid immediately.
Skin:
If water-reactive products are embedded in the skin, no water should be applied. The embedded products should be covered with a light oil. In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical aid immediately. Wash clothing before reuse.
Ingestion:
If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting. Get medical aid immediately.
If victim is fully conscious, give a cupful of water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Inhalation:
Get medical aid immediately. Remove from exposure and move to fresh air immediately. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Do NOT use mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. If breathing has ceased apply artificial respiration using oxygen and a suitable mechanical device such as a bag and a mask.

Section 5 - FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
General Information:
As in any fire, wear a self-contained breathing apparatus in pressure-demand, MSHA/NIOSH (approved or equivalent), and full protective gear. During a fire, irritating and highly toxic gases may be generated by thermal decomposition or combustion. Water Reactive. Material will react with water and may release a flammable and/or toxic gas.
Extinguishing Media:
Use dry sand or earth to smother fire. DO NOT USE WATER! Do NOT get water inside containers. Contact professional fire-fighters immediately. Cool containers with flooding quantities of water until well after fire is out. Use dry chemical, carbon dioxide, or appropriate foam.

General Information: Use proper personal protective equipment as indicated in Section 8.
Spills/Leaks:
Absorb spill with inert material (e.g. vermiculite, sand or earth), then place in suitable container. Avoid runoff into storm sewers and ditches which lead to waterways.     A highly enantioselective hydrogenation of various sodium α-arylethenylsulfonates catalyzed by Rh/chiral ferrocenyl bisphosphorus ligand (Wudaphos) was successfully developed to construct a series of chiral α-arylethylsulfonic acids in the presence of CF3SO3H with full conversion and good to excellent enantioselectivity (>99% conversion, up to 96% ee) under mild reaction conditions for the first time
