制备方法与用途

化学性质

敌螨普是一种有刺激性气味的暗红色黏稠液体，熔点为-22.5℃，沸点在138～140℃（0.05mmHg）之间，在常压下超过200℃时会分解。其蒸气压在25℃时为3.33×10^-3 mPa，KowlgP值为4.54（20℃），Henry常数为1.36×10^-3 Pa·m³/mol（计算）。相对密度在20℃时为1.10。水中溶解度约为0.151 mg/L；其他溶剂中，2,4-异构体在丙酮、1,2-二氯乙烷、乙酸乙酯、正庚烷、甲醇和二甲苯中的溶解度均超过250g/L，在二甲苯中的溶解度大于250g/L，而在正庚烷中为8.5～10.2g/L，甲醇中为20.4～25.3g/L。该物质见光会迅速分解，在32℃以上温度下也会分解；对酸稳定但在碱性环境中酯基会发生水解。其闪点为67℃。

作用机理

消螨普是非内吸性杀螨剂，具有一定的杀菌作用。

应用

消螨普可应用于以下作物和防治对象：

1. 适用作物：苹果、柑橘、梨、葡萄、黄瓜、甜瓜、西瓜、南瓜、草莓、蔷薇和观赏植物等。
2. 防治对象：红蜘蛛和白粉病；特别对桑树白粉病及茄子红蜘蛛有良好防治效果，还能杀螨卵，并可用作种子处理剂。

合成方法

在硅钨酸和二氧化硅的催化作用下，苯酚与1-辛烯反应生成2-(1-甲基庚基)苯酚，再进行硝化后与巴豆酰氯反应得到消螨普（甲基二硝巴豆酚酯）。
