Synthesis and antitumor activity evaluation of some novel pyrazolotriazine derivatives

isothiocyanate, and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride were studied. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were established on the basis of IR, 1H NMR, mass spectra, and elemental analyses. 摘要 6-氨基吡唑并[1,2-a][1,2,4]三嗪-4,8-二酮衍生物3是由酰肼衍生物2a与氰基乙酸乙酯反应得到的。研究了3与醛类、靛红、乙酸酐、异氰酸苯酯、异硫氰酸苯甲酰酯和对甲苯磺酰氯等几种亲电试剂的反应。新合成化合物的结构是在红外、1H 核磁共振、质谱和元素分析的基础上建立的。检查了一些选择性化合物对两种细胞系的抗肿瘤活性,如肝癌细胞系 (HEPG-2) 和人乳腺癌细胞系 (MCF7)。图形概要
